These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LinkPitch ("Service"), provided by LinkPitch.agency based in Blackburn, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
LinkPitch is a software tool that helps digital marketing agencies draft personalised cold outreach emails (e.g. for guest-post link-building) using AI. Drafts remain in a review queue; LinkPitch does not send emails on your behalf.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service;
- use the Service to generate or send spam, phishing, harassment, or any content that infringes third-party rights;
- upload personal data of third parties without a lawful basis to do so.
4. Subscriptions and billing
LinkPitch offers the following plans:
- Free — £0: 1 client, 5 pitches per calendar month.
- Starter — £29/month: 1 client, 20 pitches per calendar month.
- Agency — £49/month: unlimited clients, 100 pitches per calendar month.
Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe. During early access, billing may also be handled manually for some accounts. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
5. AI-generated content disclaimer
Pitches produced by LinkPitch are AI-generated drafts and suggestions only. They may contain inaccuracies and you are responsible for reviewing and editing every draft before sending it. LinkPitch makes no guarantee of any particular outcome, including but not limited to replies, link acquisition, search engine rankings, or business results.
6. Your outreach responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any outreach you send using drafts produced by LinkPitch complies with all applicable laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's CASL, and any other relevant anti-spam, marketing, or data-protection legislation in the jurisdictions you operate in or contact recipients in. This includes (without limitation) having a lawful basis to contact recipients, providing accurate sender information, and honouring opt-out requests.
7. Intellectual property
LinkPitch and its underlying software, branding, and design are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you input (client and prospect information) and the drafts you generate; you grant us a limited licence to process that content as necessary to operate the Service.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkPitch and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if continued provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially or legally viable.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
